💙Colts Care Community Service Day
On December 17, Richland Jr./Sr. High School students came together to spread warmth and joy through 13 amazing projects!
☃️ Packaged 1440lbs of pasta & baked 696 sugar cookies for Great Plains Food Bank.
🎄 Made blankets for Sanford & card holders for the elderly.
🛠️ Built shelving and lockers for Colfax Fire and Rescue, a gun rack for the Richland #44 Trap Team, and ladders for Richland High School!
🍲Made and sold 679 monster cookies and 40 lasagnas to raise funds to support the creation of Kindness Care Kits.
🎶 Went caroling & delivered houseplants to 3 retirement homes.
🌟 Taught preschoolers, created sports posters, and painted the resource room!
A HUGE shoutout to FFA, FCCLA, and Student Council for leading this incredible day of service. 💙
There will be no school or activities today due to visibility and weather conditions.
We will have a 2-hour late start tomorrow due to incoming weather and the potential for very poor visibility. Conditions will continue to be monitored.
